It only takes a couple of clicks to set or change your company's default time zone setting. Having the correct default time zone set will help ensure you are sending out interview invitations to applicants in the right time zone.
To Set or Change the Default Time Zone:
1. From your applicant tracking system (ATS) dashboard, go to the Menu Icon on the upper right of your screen and select Account Details from the Main Menu.
2. Click on Company Info in the Company & Users section
3. Select your preferred default time zone from the drop-down menu and then save changes.
Note: If your company operates in multiple time zones, select the default time zone you find most convenient. Just make sure to let your other users know of any changes you make so they don't accidentally schedule interviews with applicants in the wrong time zone!
