This article will focus specifically on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Report.
To access Downloadable Reports, use the Reports Menu at the top of the page and select Downloads.
This will bring you to the Downloadable Reports Page and there you'll see the EEOC Survey Data option. Please note that this report is filterable, so if you'd like to add filter options, please select Filter at the top left of the page.
Using the Filter options you can designate which Site (if your account utilizes Multisite/Staffing options), narrow by Job, and/or apply a Date filter.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Report has two options for you to select from:
The first report, which reads EEOC Survey Data, includes all fields that are currently being collected if you have Enabled the EEOC Survey for your account. The list of fields is below.
The second option, Legacy Format, will include any data that was collected prior to any changes the EEOC made to the standard questions. If you are looking for information on older applicants, this report may be helpful. The list of fields is below.
