Making a hiring decision should never being taken lightly. That means sometimes you need a second set of eyes to take a look at an applicant's profile. Our Note to Manager feature allows hiring managers to quickly share an applicant's profile with another manager directly from the application viewer. 

In the applicant's profile, select Share and then Note to Manager. 

Next, you'll be prompted to select the user you would like to share the profile with and enter text to be included in the notification. 

Once you enter the requested information, click Send. The selected hiring manager will then receive an email notification with the request. The link directly to the applicant's profile is included in the email.
