Our Job Poster feature is a great way to quickly direct candidates to complete their application. Candidates can easily scan a QR code that will redirect them to your application OR text a code to a specific phone number to receive a text message with an apply link for your position(s). You can direct your applicants to your Careers Page or to a specific job to apply.
Easily create a poster by going to My Account < Account Details < Job Poster. You can also create the Job Poster directly from your job grid by selecting the dropdown arrow beside the job title and then Job Poster.
Once you are on the Job Poster generator, you will have the option to create your job poster using Text to Apply, QR Code, or both. You will then need to complete the additional fields regarding where you would like your candidate to be directed to (individual job or careers page), customize the text that displays on the job poster, as well as upload your company's logo.
Then click "Download" to create your job poster. These posters are great for displaying at your business entrances, registers, or shared online.
