To Give an Employee Recruiter Access

  1. Log into your Decisely account: https://app.decisely.com/user/sign_in
  2. Click on Employees 
  3. Select the Employee
  4. Click on Perrmissions
  5. Select Recruiter Access



Important Note: If your company does not utilize Single Sign On (SSO) for accessing your Recruiter Account, you will be able to Add, Edit, and Manager Users directly in your Recruiter Account.  You must be an Admin level user or an Account Owner, or you must have been granted permissions to Manage Account Details if your account is set up for custom Roles & Permissions. Click here for instructions on how to find out what permission level your user account is set to. 


  • Click on Main Menu > Account Details from the drop-down menu at the top right of the page.

  • In the Company & Users section, click on the Manage Users button.

  • Click the Add a User button. (Note: This button will not be available if you use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access your Recruiter Account.)

  • Complete the form for the new user by filling in their details, selecting an Admin Level, enabling or disabling Send Notifications, and assigning a Job Access level (if your account uses the Multisite Version). You can also assign jobs the user is permitted to manage as a Hiring Manager by selecting from the drop-down list. Click Save Changes to finalize.

To Add an Employee in Decisely

  1. Log into your Decisely account: https://app.decisely.com/user/sign_in
  2. From your Dashboard Quick Links, select Add Employee
  3. Fill in all employee information and select Onboard Employee


To Remove an Employee in Decisely

  1. Log into your Decisely account: https://app.decisely.com/user/sign_in
  2. From your Dashboard Quick Links, select Remove an Employee
  3. Under Active Users, locate and select the employee name
  4. Select the Terminate Button
  5. Enter Termination Date, Reason, and any necessary comments, then click "Next"
  6. Verify the information on the next screen before selecting "Terminate"
  7. On the next page, click "Done"
