First things first...let's clarify your Job Alert Email Subscriber List. It's simply a listing of potential or actual applicants who have signed up to receive alerts when you post new jobs in your account.


Job seekers can subscribe to receive job alert email updates in a few different ways: 

  1. Via the application form when they apply
  2. On your account's company careers page
  3. On your account's job listing page
  4. Anywhere you have added our Signup Widget

Once people have signed up to receive your job alerts by email, you can download a list of subscribers on the Reports page. 

Scroll down to the bottom of the page under Data Download and click on the Email Subscribers button. 



The report will contain the following data fields:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Subscription Date
